General Information
The 40.5kV 630A/1250A indoor AC high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is a new generation of 40.5kV combined vacuum circuit breaker (isolation, vacuum circuit breaker, Integrated grounding type), suitable for AC 50Hz/60Hz, rated voltage 40.5kV power transmission and distribution network, widely used in wind power generation, solar power generation, energy storage power stations and urban distribution network system projects. This product is small in size, easy to install, simple to operate, and can achieve long-distance control. Its structure is scientific and reasonable, its action is flexible and reliable, and it has obvious isolation fractures. It has complete mechanical and electrical interlocking devices, and has extremely high operational reliability and service life. With the corresponding switch cabinet, it can achieve safe power distribution functions and ensure the safety of operators and equipment.
Conditions of Use
Ambient temperature: upper limit +40ºC; lower limit -15ºC; altitude: altitude ≤1000m;
Relative humidity: daily average value is no more than 95%, monthly average value is no more than 90%; earthquake intensity: no more than 8 degrees;
There is no risk of fire, explosion, chemical corrosion or severe vibration; pollution level: Level I.
Note: If there are special usage environment requirements, they must be clearly stated in the order details.

Installation
The product should be installed in a metal frame where the opening and closing status of the isolating switch can be observed. Use six M16 bolts to pass through the mounting holes on the rack and connect to the fixed frame. During installation, the isolating switch and arc extinguishing chamber should be in the open state.
Before installation, use a clean soft cloth to wipe off the oil and dust on the insulating parts and conductive contacts. Each rotating part should be coated with neutral antifreeze lubricant, and the fasteners should be tightened. During installation, the busbar is not allowed to exert any external force on the switch terminals. The contact surface between the busbar and the switch should be flat.
Maintenance
Maintenance work is used to ensure the safe, reliable and continuous operation of switch equipment, maintain its good working condition and extend its service life. It can usually be divided into inspection, maintenance and repair. Before performing maintenance, ensure that all power supplies are disconnected (primary circuit and secondary circuit), the switchgear is reliably grounded, and the sensor is in a discharge state.
- Check to determine the actual condition of the equipment.
- Under normal working conditions, the switchgear must be inspected one year after leaving the factory or after 1,500 operations, whichever comes first.
- Appearance inspection: including checking whether there is dirt, moisture, corrosion, or discharge on the surface of the insulating parts; whether the contact of the isolation contacts is reliable; whether the fasteners are loose; the position indicator is consistent with the actual situation, and there is no deformation of the connecting rod, rotating shaft, and arm. There are no cracks and the shaft pins are complete; there is no discharge, no abnormal noise, no damage, and no discoloration in the arc extinguishing chamber; the secondary wiring is well crimped, and there is no overheating discoloration or strand breakage.
- If abnormal conditions are found during inspection, the switchgear should be maintained or repaired.
- Maintenance, keep the equipment in good working condition and extend the service life of the equipment.
- Under normal working conditions, the necessary maintenance period for the switchgear is once every two years after it is put into operation.
- Before carrying out maintenance work, the work area must be isolated in accordance with relevant regulations and safety settings must be made to prevent others from misoperating the switch.
- Cleaning: Use a dry soft cloth to clean the dust and slight dirt on the surface of the insulating parts and contacts. Clean and dry the dirt that is difficult to remove with a weak alkaline cleaning agent.
- Lubrication: including the transmission part of the switchgear.
- Tightening: Tighten the nuts or bolts found during inspection and apply tightening marks.
- Operation: Perform closing and opening operations on the switchgear, check whether the opening and closing instructions are correct, and check whether the switching of electrical components is normal.
- Repair and restore the normal function of the equipment.
- If any abnormality in the switch is found during inspection or maintenance, necessary repairs must be made to the switch equipment.
- Ensure that maintenance personnel do not risk restoring power supply during maintenance work.
- Maintenance operations must be performed by personnel who have received special training and have a detailed understanding of this switchgear or our company's after-sales engineers.
Transportation & Storage
- Product packaging must take shockproof and moisture-proof measures. During the process of moving and transporting the switch, no flipping or collision is allowed. When lifting the switch, the focus point should only be on the frame.
- The product should be stored in a dry, ventilated room without harmful gas erosion. If it is stored for a long time, low-temperature grease should be applied to the rotating part of the switch, and the environmental conditions should be checked regularly to see if it meets the requirements.
