The IE-EcoAir-12/24kV 630A series environmentally friendly switches are a new generation of "fluorine-free and low solid waste" green environmentally friendly circuit breaker switches and environmentally friendly gas insulated ring main units developed to replace traditional SF6 gas insulation.
The environmentally friendly circuit breaker switch adopts an integrated high-strength longitudinal beam, and the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is wrapped in the longitudinal beam structure. It has the advantages of reliable structure and simple debugging. It isolates the opening, closing and grounding operations of the knife switch by an integrated isolation spindle. Driven by the machine, there is no other arm transmission, the working position is more precise, and the operating force of the isolation mechanism is lighter. The main shaft of the circuit breaker is made of epoxy fiberglass trigger rod, which has high mechanical strength and strong insulation performance. Through the alloy bracket and transmission cam, the opening and closing actions of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber are realized. The phases are reinforced with silicone umbrella skirts to increase the creepage distance. The environmentally friendly circuit breaker switch is not only suitable for ring main units with sealed air chamber structure, but also for normal pressure metal enclosed ring main units.
Using a solution of environmentally friendly gas insulation and vacuum breaking, the combination of advantages has high overall performance. The primary circuit is gas sealed, the high-pressure components are not affected by altitude, are completely maintenance-free, and have strong environmental adaptability. The cabinet size is small and the layout space requirement is low. Products can be used in power grids, large industries, rail transit, commercial buildings and other usage scenarios.
This product is mainly used in indoor and outdoor ring network switching equipment in 10-24kV medium voltage distribution network systems to receive and distribute electric energy. It is suitable for top expansion, side expansion, and common box (maximum three units) ring network cabinet solutions. The parts common rate of the upper and lower isolation solutions reaches more than 90%. The product has high stability and strong versatility, and fully meets the type test requirements.
Dry compressed air is used as the insulating gas, which has high ionization field strength and breakdown field strength. It can quickly restore the insulation performance after breakdown. It has good chemical stability, is non-flammable, non-explosive, non-aging, non-corrosive and not easily affected by discharge. Decomposes, has large specific heat capacity, good thermal conductivity and fluidity. This environmentally friendly insulating gas is not only non-toxic and harmless, but can be discharged directly into the atmosphere without causing air pollution. It also has good electrical properties and stability and can be used in the process of synthetic processing, equipment operation, arc, water vapor and other conditions. Under the combined action of external factors and during the final decomposition and transformation process, no toxic or harmful substances to people and the environment will be produced. The switch is made of thermoplastic material and is recyclable. There is no SF6 greenhouse gas emissions and no impact on the environment such as solid waste recycling.
Compact switch cabinet, the typical 24kV solution cabinet width is only about 460mm, the cabinet size is small, and the layout space requirement is low. Reliable wall installation, only 1m operating channel in front of the cabinet.
Using a long-life, maintenance-free vacuum arc extinguisher, the main conductive part is not affected by the external environment, and there is no need to configure an SF6 gas leakage alarm device on site. The main circuit is fixedly connected and does not require rack-in and rack-out maintenance during the life cycle. Especially suitable for applications in plateau, coastal, alpine, high pollution and other areas.

Adopting a split-phase insulation structure, there is no risk of phase-to-phase short circuit explosion; non-SF6 technology avoids SF6 gas leakage, which may lead to weakening of insulation and arc-extinguishing capabilities, resulting in breaking failure and the risk of box explosion; it has a complete "five prevention" interlocking structure , safe and easy to operate.

Special conditions:
Operation must comply with the requirements of IEC62271-1 and GB3906 standards. For special operating conditions, the end user and the manufacturer must reach an agreement. If special harsh operating environments are involved, the manufacturer must be consulted. For example, when electrical equipment is installed at an altitude above 1,500 meters, the atmospheric pressure will decrease, causing the air box to bulge.

The mechanical part is located outside the air box and behind the front panel, making it easier to operate and replace. The surface of the mechanical part has undergone anti-corrosion treatment, and its movable parts have been lubricated before leaving the factory, which can meet the use of the product life cycle. In extreme environments (dust, sand and dirt) inspection, maintenance and, in some cases, replacement may be necessary.
