The high-pressure chamber has a compact and reasonable structure, and has a comprehensive anti-misoperation linkage function. When required by the user, the transformer can be equipped with tracks to facilitate entry and exit from the doors on both sides of the transformer room. Each room is equipped with automatic lighting devices. In addition, all the components selected for the high and low voltage rooms have reliable performance and are easy to operate, making the product safe, reliable and easy to maintain.
Both natural ventilation and forced ventilation are adopted. There are ventilation ducts in the transformer room and high and low voltage rooms. The exhaust fan has a temperature control device that can automatically start and close according to the set temperature to ensure the normal operation of the transformer.
The box structure can prevent rainwater and dirt from entering. The outer shell materials include stainless steel alloy, aluminum alloy, cold-rolled plate, color steel plate, etc., with anti-corrosion and heat insulation functions. It has the conditions for long-term outdoor use, ensuring anti-corrosion, waterproof, and dust-proof performance, long service life, and beautiful appearance.
The high voltage of intelligent integrated substations generally uses load switches and fuses to protect electrical appliances. After one phase of the fuse is blown, the three-phase linkage will trip. The load switches are available in compressed air, vacuum, sulfur hexafluoride and other types, and can be equipped with Electric operating mechanism realizes automation upgrade; the fuse is a high-voltage current-limiting fuse with an impactor, which has reliable action and large breaking capacity. For transformers above 800kVA, a vacuum circuit breaker cabinet can be used for protection.
The intelligent integrated substation uses low-loss, fully sealed oil-immersed transformers, or resin-insulated or NOMEX paper-insulated environmentally friendly dry-type transformers. The bottom can be equipped with a trolley, so that the transformer can be easily accessed.
The main switch on the low-voltage side adopts a universal or intelligent circuit breaker for selective protection; the outlet switch adopts a new plastic case switch, which is small in size and has short arcing, and can reach up to 30 circuits; an intelligent automatic tracking reactive power compensation device with a contactor There are two switching methods, contactless and contactless, for users to choose from.
