General Information

Prefabricated substations combine high-voltage switchgear, transformers, low-voltage switchgear, etc. into compact complete sets of power distribution devices. They are widely used in urban high-rise buildings, urban and rural buildings, residential areas, high-tech development zones, small and medium-sized factories, mines and oil fields, etc. It is used in places such as highways and temporary construction sites to receive and distribute electrical energy in the power distribution system.

Prefabricated substations have the characteristics of strong completeness, small size, compact structure, safe and reliable operation, easy maintenance, and mobility. Function and Features

This product is composed of high-voltage power distribution device, transformer and low-voltage power distribution device. The high-voltage side primary power supply system can be arranged It has various power supply modes such as ring network power supply, terminal power supply, and dual power supply. The transformer room can choose oil-immersed transformer or dry-type transformer; the low-voltage room can adopt panel or cabinet-mounted structure according to user requirements to form the power supply solution required by the user, including power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power compensation, energy measurement and Various functions such as power measurement can meet the different requirements of users. The high-pressure chamber has a compact and reasonable structure, and has a comprehensive anti-misoperation linkage function. Each room is equipped with automatic lighting devices. Both natural ventilation and forced ventilation are adopted. There are ventilation ducts in the transformer room and high and low voltage rooms. The exhaust fan has a temperature control device that can automatically start and close according to the set temperature to ensure the normal operation of the transformer.

The box structure can prevent rainwater and dirt from entering. The outer shell materials include stainless steel alloy, aluminum alloy, cold-rolled plate, color steel plate, etc., with anti-corrosion and heat insulation functions. High voltage side

The high voltage of intelligent integrated substations generally uses load switches and fuses to protect electrical appliances. After one phase of the fuse is blown, the three-phase linkage will trip. The load switches are available in compressed air, vacuum, sulfur hexafluoride and other types, and can be equipped with Electric operating mechanism realizes automation upgrade; the fuse is a high-voltage current-limiting fuse with an impactor, which has reliable action and large breaking capacity. Transformer

The intelligent integrated substation uses low-loss, fully sealed oil-immersed transformers, or resin-insulated or NOMEX paper-insulated environmentally friendly dry-type transformers. The bottom can be equipped with a trolley, so that the transformer can be easily accessed.

Low voltage side

The main switch on the low-voltage side adopts a universal or intelligent circuit breaker for selective protection; the outlet switch adopts a new plastic case switch, which is small in size and has short arcing, and can reach up to 30 circuits; an intelligent automatic tracking reactive power compensation device with a contactor There are two switching methods, contactless and contactless, for users to choose from.

Installation, Inspection and Maintenance

Installation

In addition to the various regulations required by the power department in terms of installation, acceptance, handover testing, operation and maintenance of intelligent integrated substations, the following matters should be noted:

  1. When receiving the goods, users should carefully inspect them according to relevant regulations. Products that are not to be installed immediately should be stored in an appropriate place according to normal usage conditions.
  2. The product should be lifted from the bottom using a special spreader.
  3. The product is placed horizontally on the pre-made foundation, and then the gap between the product base and the foundation is sealed with cement mortar to prevent rainwater from entering the cable room. High and low voltage cables are connected through the bottom sealing plates of the high and low voltage chambers. .
  4. Reliable grounding should be done after the product is installed in place; the two main grounding terminals on the channel steel of the power station base, the neutral point and shell of the transformer, and the pile head under the arrester should be grounded by the installation department respectively. All groundings should share a group of grounding devices, the grounding resistance should be less than 4 ohms, and there should be no less than two grounding leads from the grounding grid to the product.

Test

After the product is installed or repaired, the following inspections and tests should be carried out before being put into operation:

  1. Whether the substation is clean.
  2. Is the operating mechanism flexible?
  3. Whether the switching of main electrical appliances is flexible and reliable.
  4. Whether the switching of the electrical auxiliary contacts is reliable and accurate.
  5. Check whether the relay action is accurate.
  6. Check whether the transformation ratio and wiring polarity of the instrument and transformer are correct.
  7. Whether the installation nuts of all electrical appliances are tightened and the installation is firm and reliable.
  8. Whether the busbar connection is good, whether it supports the insulator, and whether the clamp is installed reliably.
  9. Whether the setting value of the electrical appliance meets the requirements and whether the fuse core specifications are correct.
  10. Whether the contacts of the main circuit and auxiliary circuit meet the requirements of the electrical schematic diagram.

Repair

  1. All components in the product are maintained according to their respective technical requirements.
  2. If the selected transformer is oil-immersed, oil sample analysis and inspection should be carried out at least once a year as required.
  3. After the high-voltage side switchgear in operation has been opened and closed with load 20 times or 2000 times without load, the contact condition and the loss of the arc extinguishing device should be checked. If any abnormalities are found, they should be repaired or replaced in time.
  4. After the low-voltage switchgear automatically trips, the cause of the trip should be checked and analyzed. Only after the fault is eliminated can it be put back into operation.
  5. The arrester should undergo a preventive test every year before the thunderstorm season.

Basic Requirements
