General Information

The F-type spring operating mechanism is suitable for indoor and outdoor medium and high-voltage load switch equipment. This series of mechanisms uses a flat scroll spring to control the operation of the load switch, and the grounding operation uses a compression spring to control the center. There are three working positions: closing, opening and grounding. The grounding and closing are equipped with mechanical interlocks to prevent misoperation. This product has the characteristics of moderate size, easy installation and use, and strong adaptability.

This mechanism complies with the relevant requirements of GB3804-2004 "3.6~40.5kV high-voltage AC compliance switch" and GB16926-2009 "AC high-voltage compliance switch-fuse combination electrical appliance".

Operating Instructions

  1. Institutional energy storage:

Install and fix the mechanism on the body, use a special operating handle, insert it into the upper part of the mechanism (closing operating shaft), and rotate it clockwise about 120° to complete the spring energy storage of the mechanism, or the electric operating motor can be energized to store energy.

  1. Closing operation:

Press the opening button (or simulate fuse tripping) or electrically operate the opening coil to energize, and another spring can release the mechanism to drive the main body to open, and the main circuit is broken.

  1. Ground closing operation:

Insert the operating handle into the lower part of the mechanism (grounding operating shaft) and rotate it clockwise about 90°. The body will close the grounding circuit under the action of the spring force of the mechanism.

  1. Ground opening operation:

Insert the operating handle into the lower part of the mechanism (grounding operating shaft) and rotate it counterclockwise about 90°. The grounding circuit of the body opens under the action of the spring force of the mechanism. There is a mechanical interlock between closing, opening and grounding operations. In the open (isolation) state, closing or grounding can be operated. Once the operation is successful, the other operation is blocked.
