The 40.5kV-1250A fully enclosed and fully insulated SF6 inflatable ring main unit introduces advanced foreign technology and adopts a modular design, with its perfect unity of fixed type and flexible expansion. SF-40.5 inflatable switch cabinet has the characteristics of compact structure, fully insulated, long life, maintenance-free, small footprint, complete solutions, strong scalability, high safety factor, and not affected by the environment.
It can be widely used in industrial, civil ring networks and terminal power supply networks. It is especially suitable for small secondary power distribution stations, switching stations, industrial and mining enterprises, airports, railways, highways, subways, commercial districts, living quarters, wind energy, photovoltaics and other fields. The cabinet adopts an armored structure. There are metal partitions between the busbar room and the switch room, and between the switch cabinet and the cable room. The protection level of the primary part of the fully insulated structure can reach IP67. The air tightness is very good, the air consumption is small, and it can guarantee no air leakage for 30 years. The operating mechanism is made of corrosion-resistant metal, and the bearings of the rotating parts are all self-lubricating designs. The product is not affected by the environment, does not require regular maintenance, and is connected to the outside world. Convenient, this results in low operating power, high reliability and longer life. The extension bus uses plug-in silicone connectors, which are fully insulated and shielded to ensure conductive reliability and are not affected by the surrounding environment. The combination connection and expansion are convenient, which facilitates future capacity expansion and transformation of users or substations.
The inflatable compartment is made of 3~5mm thick stainless steel plate, which is welded by a welding robot after being processed by CNC machine tools. It has less welding deformation and good air tightness. The remaining compartments are made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, which are welded after CNC bending. It has the characteristics of high precision and good strength; each functional unit is an independent module, which is extremely convenient to assemble. Each sealed compartment of the cabinet is equipped with an independent pressure relief channel to maximize personal safety and equipment operation.

1 , Operating Conditions.
SF6-40.5kV/1250A generally operates/serves under normal indoor conditions and complies with IEC 62271-1 and GB3906. The specific conditions are as follows.
a. Ambient temperature: maximum temperature +40ºC; 24-hour average maximum temperature +35ºC; minimum temperature -40ºC.
b. Humidity: The maximum average relative humidity measured in 24 hours is 95%; the maximum average relative humidity measured in 1 month is 90%.
c. The maximum installation altitude is 2500 meters without reducing the gas pressure. When the installation altitude exceeds 2500 meters, please contact pre-sales technology.
d. Special conditions: Operation must comply with the requirements of IEC62271-1 and GB3906 standards. For special operating conditions, the end user and the manufacturer must reach an agreement. If special harsh operating environments are involved, the manufacturer must be consulted. For example, when electrical equipment is installed at an altitude above 2,500 meters, the atmospheric pressure will decrease, causing the air box to bulge.
2, Product Maintenance.

b. The isolation and grounding positions can be observed to provide safety guarantee for operation and cable construction.
c. The system loop is completely isolated from the atmosphere, and a special arc pressure relief channel is designed on the air box to ensure the safety of operators and equipment.
d. The mechanical part is located outside the air box and behind the front panel. This makes operation and replacement easier. The surface of the mechanical parts has undergone anti-corrosion treatment. Its movable parts have been lubricated before leaving the factory, which can meet the use of the product life cycle. In extreme environments (dust, sand and dirt) inspection, maintenance and, in some cases, replacement may be necessary.
