KYN28-12 armored removable metal-enclosed switchgear is a complete set of equipment for three-phase AC 50Hz/60Hz busbar and segmented busbar systems. The switchgear is designed according to the armored metal enclosed switchgear in GB3906-91. The whole thing is composed of two parts: the cabinet and the central pull-out part (i.e. handcart) (see picture). The cabinet is divided into four separate compartments, and the protection level of the shell is IP4X. When the door of each small compartment and the circuit breaker room is opened, the level is IP2X. It has overhead incoming and outgoing lines, cable incoming and outgoing lines and other functional solutions, which can be arranged and combined to form a complete power distribution system device. This switchgear can be installed, debugged and maintained from the front, so it can be installed back-to-back, in a double arrangement and against the wall, which improves the safety and flexibility of the switchgear and reduces the floor space.
The main cabinet frame of the switchgear is made of aluminum-zinc coated thin steel plate, processed by CNC machine tools, and adopts multiple folding processes, so that the entire cabinet not only has the advantages of high precision, strong anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation effects, but also has the advantages of using The multiple folding process makes the cabinet lighter in weight, higher in mechanical strength and beautiful in appearance than other cabinets of similar equipment. The cabinet adopts an assembled structure and is connected with rivet nuts and high-strength bolts, which shortens the processing cycle, has strong parts versatility, takes up less space, and facilitates production organization.
The handcart frame is assembled from thin steel plates processed by CNC machine tools. The handcart and the cabinet are insulated and matched, and the mechanism interlocking is safe, reliable and flexible. According to the purpose, handcarts can be divided into circuit breaker handcarts, voltage transformer handcarts, metering handcarts, isolating handcarts, etc. Various types of handcarts vary according to modules and building blocks, and handcarts of the same specifications can be 100% freely interchangeable. The handcart has a disconnection position, a test position and a working position in the cabinet. Each position is equipped with a positioning device to ensure reliable interlocking. It must be operated according to the interlocking prevention procedures. All kinds of handcarts use nuts, The screw rod is rocked to advance and withdraw, and its operation is light and flexible, suitable for operation by personnel on duty. When the handcart needs to be removed from the cabinet, a special transfer car can be used to easily pull it out for various inspections and maintenance; and it is centrally mounted, so the entire handcart is small in size, making inspection and maintenance very convenient.
The main electrical components of the switchgear have their own independent compartments, namely: circuit breaker handcart room, busbar room, cable room, and relay instrument room. The protection level of each compartment reaches IP2X; except for the relay compartment, the other three compartments have their own pressure relief channels. Due to the mid-mounted form, the cable room space is greatly increased, so the equipment can be connected to multiple cables.
Tracks are installed on both sides of the isolation for the handcart 15 to move and slide from the disconnection position and the test position to the working position in the cabinet. The partition 13 (flap door) of the static contact box 6 is installed behind the rear wall of the handcart room. When the handcart moves from the disconnected position and the test position to the working position, the valves on the upper and lower static contact boxes are linked with the handcart and open automatically at the same time; when the handcart moves in the opposite direction, the valves automatically close until the handcart retreats. to a certain position to completely cover the static contact box, forming effective isolation. Since the upper and lower valves can be operated separately, during maintenance, the valve on the live side can be locked to ensure that maintenance personnel do not touch the live body. When the circuit breaker room door is closed, the handcart can also be operated. Through the observation window in the middle door, the handling, closing position and energy storage status of the handcart in the compartment can be observed.
Main bus 4 is a single-unit splicing and mutual penetration connection. Fixed by busbar 2 and static contact box. The main busbar and contact busbar are copper bars with rectangular cross-sections. When used for large current loads, double busbars are used. The branch busbar is connected to the static contact box 6 and the main busbar through bolts and does not require other supports. For special needs, the busbar can be covered with heat shrink sleeves and connecting bolt insulation sleeves and end caps, and the busbars of adjacent cabinets can be fixed with sleeves 3. The air buffer retained between the connecting busbars can prevent it from melting if an internal fault arc occurs. The bushing 3 can effectively limit the accident to this cabinet without spreading to other cabinets.
The switchgear is centrally mounted, so the cable room has a large space. Current transformer 7 and grounding switch 8 are installed on the rear wall of the compartment, and lightning arrester 10 is installed on the lower rear part of the compartment. After opening the lower door of the cabinet, construction workers can enter the cabinet from below for installation and maintenance. The cable connection conductors in the cable room can be connected to 1 to 3 single-core cables per phase. If necessary, each phase can be connected with 6 single-core cables in parallel. The bottom of the cabinet connecting the cables is equipped with a slotted removable non-metal sealing plate or a non-magnetic metal sealing plate to ensure convenient construction.
The relay instrument room can be installed with relay protection components, instruments, live monitoring indicators, and secondary equipment with special requirements. The control wires are laid in wire troughs with sufficient space and have metal covers to isolate the secondary wires from the high-voltage chamber. The wire trough on the left side is reserved for the introduction and extraction of the control small busbar. The control wires inside the switch cabinet itself are laid on the right side. There are also small busbar penetration holes on the top plate of the relay instrument room to facilitate construction. When wiring, the top cover of the instrument room can be flipped to facilitate the installation of small busbars.
4.Prevent Misoperation of Interlocking Device
The switch cabinet has a reliable interlocking device and fully meets the requirements of "five preventions".
This switchgear can also be equipped with an electromagnetic locking device on the grounding switch operating mechanism to improve reliability. The order can be selected according to the user's needs.
The circuit breaker handcart room, busbar room and cable room are all equipped with pressure relief devices. When an internal fault arc occurs in the circuit breaker or busbar, the internal air pressure of the switch cabinet will increase with the occurrence of arc, and the special pressure relief device installed on the door will The sealing ring seals the front. The pressure relief metal plate equipped on the top will automatically open to release pressure and exhaust gas to ensure the safety of operators and switch cabinets.
The connection between the secondary line of the switchgear and the secondary line of the circuit breaker handcart is achieved through a manual secondary aviation plug. The moving contact of the secondary plug is connected to the circuit breaker handcart through a nylon corrugated telescopic tube, and the secondary static contact holder is installed on the upper right side of the switch cabinet handcart room. The circuit breaker handcart can only plug in and unlock the secondary plug when it is in the test and disconnected positions. When the circuit breaker handcart is in the working position, due to the mechanical interlocking effect, the secondary plug is locked and cannot be released.
If the user needs it, the switch cabinet can be equipped with an optional part that detects the operation of the primary circuit, that is, a live display device. The device consists of two units: a high-voltage sensor and a display. This device can not only indicate the energization status of the high-voltage circuit, but can also cooperate with the electromagnetic lock to achieve forced locking of the grounding switch handle and mesh door, thereby preventing the grounding switch from being closed when the power is charged and accidentally entering the live interval, thereby improving the error-proof performance of the supporting products. .
In order to prevent the danger of condensation in climate environments with high humidity or large temperature changes, heaters are installed in the circuit breaker room and cable room respectively to facilitate use in the above-mentioned environments and prevent corrosion.
A 5×40mm grounding copper bar is set up separately in the cable room to penetrate the adjacent switch cabinet and make good contact with the cabinet body. This ground bar is used for directly grounded components. When the busbar passes through the switch cabinet partition, it is fixed with a busbar bushing. D: Relay Meter Room
The relay instrument room is used to install various types of relays, instruments, signal indicators, operating switches and other components.
