Cabinet Structure

Inspection Points and Precautions

  1. Wipe the air box with alcohol, fine sandpaper, and clean cloth before installation and use.
  2. Inspect the sealing surface of the box. There should be no scratches, burrs, welding slag, iron filings and other foreign matter penetrating the sealing belt. Mainly check the following locations: around the casing installation hole, around the dynamic seal installation, around the explosion-proof valve installation, and air pressure. Table mounting holes.
  3. The verticality of the welded stud is good, the welding spots around the root of the stud are even, without deflection, the thread is smooth, and the size specifications meet the drawing requirements.
  4. The dynamic fit can fit the sealing surface before tightening.
  5. The valve seat of the air pressure gauge is welded accurately, the internal threads are not damaged, and the welding is stable.
  6. The shell grounding seat is welded accurately, the internal threads are not damaged, and the welding is stable.
  7. Check that the outer dimensions of the cabinet meet the drawing requirements, and that the top expansion method is consistent with the specification drawing.
  8. The diagonal error of the cabinet shall not exceed 3mm.
  9. The boxes that pass the inspection will be stamped and signed on the corresponding production process card and installed on the bracket to stand up.

Inspection Points and Precautions

  1. Before installing the switch, inspect the switch to make sure there is no damage on the surface of the switch.
  2. Install the switch into the sheet metal, and fix the switch body with nuts (don't tighten the nuts for now, and then tighten the movable fitting). Make sure that the switch accurately corresponds to the metal hole, and then install the movable fitting.
  3. After the movable fit and switch are fixed and installed, pull the movable fit to operate the isolation knife by hand. The movement is smooth and without jamming, and there is no deformation of the knife.

Operation and Maintenance

  1. Operating Conditions.

SF6-24kV/630A generally operates/serves under normal indoor conditions and complies with IEC 62271-1 and GB3906. The specific conditions are as follows:

  1. Ambient temperature: maximum temperature +40°C, 24-hour average maximum temperature +35°C, minimum temperature -40°C.
  2. Humidity: The maximum average relative humidity measured in 24 hours is 95%, and the maximum average relative humidity measured in 1 month is 90%.
  3. Without reducing the gas pressure, the maximum installation altitude is 1500 meters. When the installation altitude exceeds 1500 meters, please contact pre-sales technology.
  4. Special conditions: Operation must comply with the requirements of IEC62271-1 and GB3906 standards. For special operating conditions, the end user and the manufacturer must reach an agreement. If special harsh operating environments are involved, the manufacturer must be consulted. For example, when electrical equipment is installed at an altitude above 1,500 meters, the atmospheric pressure will decrease, causing the air box to bulge.

 

  1. Product Maintenance.

All components inside the SF6-24kV/630A are maintenance-free during the declared product life.

The isolation and grounding positions can be observed to provide safety guarantee for operation and cable construction.

The system loop is completely isolated from the atmosphere, and a special arc pressure relief channel is designed on the air box to ensure the safety of operators and equipment.

The mechanical part is located on the outside of the air box and behind the front panel. This makes operation and replacement easier. The surface of the mechanical parts has undergone anti-corrosion treatment. Its movable parts have been lubricated before leaving the factory, which can meet the use of the product life cycle. In extreme environments (dust, sand and dirt) inspection, maintenance and, in some cases, replacement may be necessary.
