Humanized Design

Intelligent Design

The intelligent control of KYN550-12 armored metal-enclosed switchgear can realize online detection and fault diagnosis of its equipment including circuit breakers and contacts.

It can also provide fault alarms and automatically switch on and off auxiliary equipment such as fans and heaters. It also has the function of microcomputer remote communication, which can remotely realize the opening and closing of high-voltage circuit breaker, switching between working position and test position, opening and closing operation of grounding switch, etc. It has intelligent touch control, real-time data online display, and risk warning.

Installation and Commissioning

The installation foundation construction of switch cabinets should comply with the relevant provisions of the "Technical Specifications for Electric Power Construction and Acceptance". The installation foundation of the switch cabinet generally requires secondary pouring of concrete. The first time is the installation basis of the switch cabinet installation components, that is, angle steel, square steel or channel steel components. When pouring concrete for the second time, the supplementary layer on the ground is generally 60mm thick. When pouring the supplementary concrete layer, the height of the concrete should be 1~3mm lower than the component plane. During civil construction, the foundation elevation of the switch cabinet should consider reserving the height of the channel steel of the foundation cabinet, with a slight margin, and pre-embed steel plates on the switch cabinet at intervals of 1 to 1.5 meters along the longitudinal direction of the frame.

When installing the basic structure, the installation quality must be ensured. The technical standard for structure installation is a tolerance of 1mm per square meter. The basic frame is composed of welded channel steel and angle steel. The basic size requirements of the frame and the cable channel layout are shown in the attached drawing. The extension distance of the channel steel of the basic frame should be consistent with the size of the switch cabinet body frame. When the cabinets are arranged in a single row, the corridor in front of the cabinet is preferably 2.5 meters; when the cabinets are arranged in double rows, the operating corridor between the cabinets is preferably 3 meters.

During the transportation of switch cabinets, specific means of transportation should be used, such as cranes or forklifts. It is strictly forbidden to use roller crowbars, and it is strictly forbidden to push the circuit breaker handcart into the cabinet and transport it together. The circuit breaker handcart (and other handcarts) can only be pushed into the corresponding small room after the cabinet is installed.
