IE-EcoAir-15.6/24kV 630A series environmentally friendly switches are a new generation of "fluorine-free and low solid waste" green and environmentally friendly circuit breaker switches and environmentally friendly gas insulated ring main units developed to replace traditional SF6 gas insulation.

The environmentally friendly circuit breaker switch adopts an integrated high-strength longitudinal beam (pole), and the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is wrapped in the longitudinal beam (pole) structure. It has the advantages of simple structure, easy assembly, and simple debugging. It isolates the knife switch, The closing and grounding operations are driven by the integrated isolation spindle without other arm transmission. The working position is more precise and the isolation mechanism's operating force is lighter. The main shaft of the circuit breaker adopts epoxy fiberglass pull-out rod, which has high mechanical strength and strong insulation performance. Through the zinc alloy bracket and transmission cam, the opening and closing actions of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber are realized. There are silicone sheds between phases to increase the creepage distance. . The environmentally friendly circuit breaker switch is not only suitable for ring main units with sealed air chamber structure, but also for normal pressure metal enclosed ring main units.

1. Green and Environmentally Friendly.

  2. Humidity: The maximum average relative humidity measured in 24 hours is 95%; the maximum average relative humidity measured in 1 month is 90%.
  3. The maximum altitude of installation is 1500 meters without reducing the gas pressure. When the installation altitude exceeds 1500 meters, please contact pre-sales technology.
  4. Operation must comply with the requirements of IEC62271-1 and GB3906 standards. For special operating conditions, the end user and the manufacturer must agree. If special harsh operating environments are involved, the manufacturer must be consulted. For example, when electrical equipment is installed at an altitude above 1,500 meters, the atmospheric pressure will decrease, causing the air box to bulge.
